When Good Craft Goes Bad

As tigtog kindly reminded me, the creative urge can sometimes go awry.

Case in point:

Hello, Bjork? The Internet called, they found your handbag.

This thing is ghastly. I can deal with stupid bag packs with stuffed animal heads as the cover but this is too much!! :S

The worst thing about this Sunshine, is that this is from a site that is about knitting, and the sometimes lapses in taste that craftspeople and/or knitting companies committ. Do you see what I'm getting at? You are supposed to spend your hard earned free time making this travesty yourself. So wrong.

The 'dying' swan (also carries your wallet, condoms, tic tacs etc...)

Thankfully, I don't know how to knit...

(Actually my Grandma taught me, but I haven't done it for like 30 years.)

Oh you were just a little guy werent you, 30 years ago.

Im trying to fix on the decade you would have been caught dead wearing the Swan??

Were swans ever in fashion? As clothing or accessories I mean. Swan Lake aside.

Actually probably more than 30 years ago that my Grandma tried to teach me, I would have been about 8 and I'm 41 now...

I had to drive by the school to get my squillions of kids and some horrid revolting seedy man bloody winked at me, yuk. I wished i had a swan handbag to swing at his head *_*

That makes me a baby (not much though), if you are 41 years TOA

This isn't anything a can of petrol and a flame gun can't remedy in a short timeframe.
