Adventures In Naturopathy

I've blogged a little bit here and there about my health in the past few months; my discovery of the fact that I had high blood pressure and the cholesterol level of a bacon sandwich, my weight loss adventures and the possibility that I might have had an incident of depression. So, I've been doing what I should since the start of the year. Taking my supplements and herbs. Losing 7Kg (about 15 pounds). Exercising more. Eating better.

It has paid off. I feel great, I look better, my mood is certainly improved, I'm sleeping better, and best of all I saw the naturopath this morning and he said "Your blood pressure is 120 over 80. Excellent!"

Sweet.

Morgan, thanks - so sweet! There was one beer consumed though wasn't there?....

Michael, thanks pet. I hope so! All this deprivation should stand for some good, right? RIGHT?

I'm like soooooo jealous. Nikki and I both think you look just fab. So, are you eating less or purging more?

Paris Hilton.

That is fabulous news, Andrew! I, too, have dropped a few pounds and the mental fuzziness just lifts because, frankly--I feel a bit sassier in my steps. Here's to excercise and sensible eating; the benefits soon become evident. Maybe a weekly chocolate binge is okay, too.

I've given myself a few 'treats' this week Michael G, so I'm not expecting too great a result from this week. You are looking fab IMHO, although you scare me sometimes when you post pics of yourself with a pair of scissors in your hand...

(The real Paris Hilton would never post as Anonymous, that bitch would want flashing neon around her name.)
