Next Project?

I've reached the half way point of the green scarf I started knitting at Easter. 75cm (around 30 inches) of snuggly goodness so far... and just another 75 to go. So, of course I'm already looking around for my next project. Something a little bit more technically challenging I think. Yet still stylish and wearable.

Given that cold weather is just around the corner, and my extremities are always the first to feel it, maybe I should knit this?

Just don't expect me to model to it when it's done.

well it looks snug and warm for the cold night, to be sure.

jock strap? I thought they were called willie warmers. :) You could knit one to match the scarf. Just stay away from the itchy fluffy angora/mohair family. Smooth is good.

YOU know, Andrew... with matching leg warmers I could pull off a mean "Flashdance" with that willy warmer. Yep.

And you could always show off your handiwork at SSK one Saturday afternoon ;-)

Ur-spo, snug yes. Sweaty, perhaps also.

M-H, that'd be a nice look, right? Matching scarf and jockstrap. Sort of festive, for some reason.

MG, when you get to the 'shower' bit in Flashdance, just take a bit of care - we wool stretches.

Kerry, show it off perhaps - model it, no. :)

MG, that was supposed to read "wet wool". No 'we', or 'wee' even, involved

Do you like gladiator movies, Andrew? Have you ever seen a grown man naked? Have you ever tasted wet wool?
