And in a completely unrelated matter which I forgot to mention to you last night after work (yes, some of us did not get the day off) ... did you realize that the 22nd February marks exactly one year since we met face to face for the first time? We went to Cafe Cinque as a recall, and a wander down King Street, Newtown.

One Year!

And no I'm not all scary stalker or obsessed fan on you .... don't worry ... its just that I diarise pretty much eveything (I'm anal like that). And you know how moi does like to keep track of anniversaries (need I remind you of my four, count 'em people, four 'birthdays'?*) and the like, no matter how seemingly obsure.

So, there ya go. A year.

Ummmm. Sooooooo ... did you get me anything?

;-)

Hey, you're the one who remembered. Where's my gift, huh?...

Wow, the past year has gone FAST.

Sweetie darling sweetie, now that I have moved in and am sharing a place with you, it goes without saying that you have the gift of my company each and every day.

You lucky thing you.

I know, I know. No need to thank me.

:-)

Right.

I see truck driver blowjobs are not welcomed on Dick Street. Pity.

When I was toying with the idea of moving to Columbus (before I realized I need to abandon Ohio), I thought these condos on Gay Street would be di-wunderbar.

Michael guy, it's more taxi drivers in Sydney...
TOA, you will be pleased to know (at least I hope so) that your Ensigns photo is now occupying pride of place on my phone's wallpaper. Thus displacing "cute boy de jour". Something about the angles and colour contrasts really appeals to me. It has a real Jeffrey Smart quality.

MTLE, I have replaced the wallpaper on my phone recently to a cool graffitti shot that I took some months back just up the street where I live in Newtown.

The colours and light look just awesome, even when taken by my crappy mobile phone camera. And the design, though simple, is really effective and overall quite dramatic.

Oh, its a cute, cartoon-ish ... Rabbit.

Bodhi, why does that not surprise me...

Bodhi's still singing the same song! Run Rabbit, run Rabbit, run, run, run... :-)

Mikey, that's cool. Glad you like the pic, and it does have a Jeffrey Smart look to it now that you mention it! Good call. Hey, you have something to share about taxi drivers, don't you? Hmmm? :-)

Michael, Gay St would have been 16 different kinds of wonderful!

TOA, I think I told you about the second one, didn't I. You would have liked him, Indian guy, said he was "enormous". I turned him down. Not nearly as cute as the slightly chunky greek (or possible lebanese) guy the last time...

The Other Andrew said...

Indian guy? You did not tell me about that one?

Yes folks, these are taxi drivers my lovely ex is referring to. Fill in the blanks yourselves...

Apparently he gives them more than the tip. :-)

Well only just slippin' them the tip would be rather teasing, wouldn't it?
