Christmas 2005 Pictures

I was having trouble with the database element of my camera software so it has taken me a few days to get these pics off my camera. I didn't take a lot of pics, but I think the photos of my nephews enjoying their gifts are just priceless. They both got exactly what they wanted this year, and were very sweet about making sure my sister and her husband understood how grateful they were. They're good boys.

They Call Them "Lapdogs" For A Reason

My sister's Shih Tzu "Poochie" (with a Summer clip). She spent 80% of the time I was sitting on the couch, on my lap. My sister also has a beautiful big black labrador, but it's Poochie who rules the roost.

Aye, both sides of the family in fact. The two boys are both fair strawberry blondes, especially Connor.

Hiya Andrew, just thought I'd pop by and say hi, as well as catching up on what you've been up to, not having been able to find the time to get online since the 23rd. Thanks for your comment on my blog, I did put up a response, but thought I'd also put one here to ensure that you get my very best wishes for a Happy New Year. I share your view on the whole New Year malady and tend to keep things low key as well. We have had a couple of invites to parties which should be fun...we shall see. We do also have to fly to Germany on Tuesday night for a two and a half week tour which is likely to be very demanding, so aren't really that interested in going nuts!
Anyhoo, I hope that you're well and that you enjoy the weekend and have a great start to 2006. Big hugs, Mart

Hi Mart, thanks for stopping by. Have a great new year, whatever you decide to do! Enjoy your time in Germany too (remember, don't mention the war), and I hope it goes well. Love to Lisa.

Nothing like seeing Christmas through the eyes of children; as adults it just gets so complicated. I have to start putting out on a regular basis by late October to get the really good stuff.

:: I kid ::

I so don't mean to cheapen the beauty of your lovely Christmas pics.

Hah! I should have posted a pic of what my brother-in-law's brother and his boyfriend got me for Christmas, if you want to talk cheap. Glow in the dark handcuffs, and a pack of all-male all-nude playing cards...

At one point my nephew picked the pack of cards up and asked "What's this Uncle Andy?" My reply, "Errr, justsomeplayingcards, now look at that shiny thing over there!"
