You Don't Know How To Ease My Pain, You Don't Know!

I had completely forgotten how much I used to love this song (and the video) until they played a snippet of it last night as the subject of a question on Spicks & Specks.

In case you were wondering the question was a three parter: a) the song title?, b) the musical duo who recorded the song? and c) who directed the video?

If you're playing along at home, the answers were a) "Cry", b) Godley & Creme, and c) Godley & Creme!

If you got those right give yourself a pat on the back, a tick "Well Done!, a gold star and an elephant stamp.

What a great clip!

Never heard the song before and never seen that clip.

I forgot all about "Spicks & Specs" this week due to the Pamela Anderson invasion of the "Big Brother" house.

Ah, a little bit of Pammie is too much for me, and I think my days of being interested in Big Brother have passed. I find it a bit of a snoze fest these days.

Glad you like the clip!

So I was doing a search for this song and I ended up on your blogsite. What a surprising, interesting find... I've bookmarked it so I can read some more. I'm a 38-year-old partnered gay guy living in Minneapolis, MN (US)

A couple years back I heard this on the background of a Grand Theft Auto (the video Game) ad. Heard this on the radio last night and can't get the song out of my head. Thanks for posting the video here.

It's amazing how can a song transport you to a place and a moment in your life... I must tell.. I was 16 and started to study engineering, all seemed to me so difficult...
I used to hear that song when studying math... relieved me a lot... thanks for sharing it :))
