What's On Your 'Fridge?

Originally inspired by a couple of my Flickr buddies, I posted this pic on Flickr a few weeks back. My 'fridge in all its glory.

On The 'Fridge

First impression; I'm into Buddhism and semi naked men. Actually that isn't too far from what a second or third impression would tell you. Also in evidence are a couple of cute notes and handmade cards from Quin and her kids, advertising for the stage version of "Hedwig & The Angry Inch", a postcard of an old linocut by an Aussie artist, the contractually obligated novelty magnets, a book review and home delivery menus. Sort of "art fag with friends, who is sometimes too lazy to cook".

If you click the picture above it will take you to the Flickr page for this photo, where I've tagged each item on the 'fridges with a descriptive note.

Care to share, fellow bloggers?

oooh is that Thea Proctor on your fridge? or Margaret Preston. hard to tell if it's Preston if it's not wildflowers. it's called something dull like "The Rose" or somesuch, isn't it? I have that postcard too. might have it as a poster somewhere, too. I love it. divine colours.

the (relatively) new, shiny fridge has bugger-all on it. I'm enjoying it's sleekness. instead I usually blu-tack interesting things on that bit of wall near the phone. but the old fridge did have a lovely Toulouse-Lautrec magnet of a big pig's bum, called Le Cochon. if I was going to have a pic of a pig's bum anywhere and by anyone, it would be on my fridge and it would be by T-L!!

I'd love to get fridgey wit u, but mine's pristine, dear heart, so the photo would be as uninspiring as those I sent from the Macy's dressing room this weekend.

You're such a minimalist... and I'm such a maximalist. We'd balance each other out nicely, or end up killing each other, don't you think?

Yay! ...and oddly, no surprise that we both have DNA magazine hotness of our 'fridges. :)
