There are lots of good reasons why you should see the film The History Boys. The great ensemble cast. The brilliant Alan Bennett dialogue. Frances de la Tour! (Love, love, love her!)
On the plus side, he's nearly 30 years old yet in History Boys plays a schoolboy. So if you want to, you can be all pervy about a sexy British schoolboy without, you know, going to a really bad place.
Yes, of course he's tasty, but I was crushing more on both Irwin and Posner in this movie. Which I LOVED. Looking back to last Christmas, I posted that it was one of the best things I'd seen all year, which kinda surprises me now. I think it's time to revisit.
Michael, I agree with you on both Irwin and Posner! They're probably going to get their own posts sometime soon. Of everyone in the film I identified with Posner the most, as I already said. And Samuel Barnett is so sweet and lovely as Posner. That singing voice! Oy.
James, I did read that he was going to be in the Mamma Mia movie. Maybe I'll go see it after all...
Oh my. I've checked out this movie twice, yet still haven't watched it. Now I see what I've been missing!
By the way, not that I'm into Mamma Mia (though I do love Abba!), but did you hear who else is appearing in the film version? MERYL STREEP. I shit you not.

Oh c'mon you lot. Nothing to say about this handsome slab of Brit? Look at those eyes!
::whispers:: BTW - where is everyone today?...
...and yes, I am that poor sad bastard comment whore who has taken to commenting on his own blog posts...
Sorta like a male version of Audrey Hepburn only like if she had a cock and all. Sorta gamine-like. Or game-y?

Dominic was also in the original stage production of Mamma Mia and will be in the movie too. Poof!!

I know! Meryl! Streep! Singing! Chewing up the scenery!
I have a large circle of friends that are all ABBA fans and we were talking about the Mamma Mia movie only last night over a few beers.
