Aye Candy

Men in kilts, I think the images speak for themselves.

Hamish Clark, cute as a button Scottish actor from "Monarch Of The Glenn"

Nathan Fillion + leather kilt = HOT. (But the socks need some work.)

Ah yes, I found that pic of Hamish Clark and a few others one night while chatting with James in NZ about the virtues of kilts. If only I could afford to have one for every day of the week.

Thom, so glad you agree!

Mel, OMG Hamish Clark. ::hot flush:: James in NZ would look cute in a kilt! I know he's been knitting kilt hose, but has he worn one? Do you own one?

The Scots in me loves seeing men in kilts. Even though I am a dyke, I still think guys looks pretty decent in a kilt.

as long as they are good, strong manly knees on show, a kilt is sublime...

... although Nathan really does need to get the sock thing right. it's slouchy and rugged like Hamish, or proudly neat and tidy turned-down-at-the-knee long sock. three quarter sock just looks self conscious, which will never do on such a spunky, manly individual - even if it is a leather kilt!

I'm a fan of the boot and scrunched down sock myself.

Nathan looks like such a straight guy with the black ankle socks! (Which of course, he is. But does he have to look it so much?)

Sorry duckie, but Nathan Fillion + leather kilt = HOT - NO! The socks are baaad, but those SHOES???? serious crime here, one could not go down and give'em a good, decent licking, could one!!!
(unlike the others!)

PS - love this site! ...can't get enough (as Liza sings)

Being half-Scot I was given a traditional Scottish outfit to wear to a wedding when I was about six. There's a picture of me in it somewhere. I didn't pay much attention to the kilt, I was more interested in the sporran, which is actually a man-purse with little hidden pockets and things (and also serves, no doubt, as a groin protector) and the splendid jacket which was of black velvet with real silver buttons.

I'm with Fox... Le Fillion's crime against fashion is those shoes! With a pair of big chunky black FMBs even those socks wouldn't seem so bad.

But just generally, men in kilts... mmmmmm *drool*

You need those kind of legs for a Kilt to look that nice!
