Short Guy Fantasy #146

Pardon me while indulge in a little 'pocket rocket' spit roast fantasy.

Aussie garden designer Jamie Durie (left) & interior designer Nate Berkus (right) on Oprah, from this old news story.

Can you even imagine? I mean, I've seen Jamie in person and he only clocks in at around my height, and he really is very handsome up close. Nate is teh hotness imho, and according to at least one Apartment Therapy blog commentor who saw him up close and personal may be short and have no ass, but is packing some sort of serious heat in those jeans.

I think I need a lie down.

Hi Andrew, slightly un-related to this entry, but I feel you oughta know (in case you don't know this already): IOTA is playing Frank N Furter when the Rocky Horror Show is playing at Star City in February 2008. Tix are on sale on Ticketmaster now. Sorry if this is old news..... :-)

It was a Jamie-fest on television last night with competing Jamie shows on both 7 and 9.

I saw this episode, natch, and Oprah's audience was positively frothing. (As were my pants?) I can't even recall the makeover they did, but that wasn't really the point.

Exactly. Makeover? What makeover?

It's amazing how cognition deserts one once the hormones kick in.

Back up a second. You've seen Jamie in person?

Yah, Mikey (the lovely ex - before he was the lovely 'ex') and I went to a small independent theatre production once, and Jamie and his girlfriend were there. One of those theatres that seats like 25 people, you know?

He's quite the snack in the flesh, and only about my height - maybe a fraction taller. Very, very cute.

Would this be an appropriate venue to note that NATE BERKUS laughs like a hyena?!

oooh...I saw that very show too.

I was thinking the exact same thing...well different, but exactly the same.

My Question is: beef or pork as a fav roast? With lil potatoes?
