Hectic, Much?

Gah, the past (almost) week has been a busy mix of activity. Work, night school, a birthday party, a farewell party, old friends in town for the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras, a full day meditation retreat, volunteer work... Fortunately the rest of this week is looking a little more sane.

At least I pencilled in sane in my diary for this week.

Andrew,

I know how you feel. In the past week alone (and not counting the 9 hours each weekday spent at work) I have: been to lunch with the guys from my Buddhist Centre (Thai La-Ong at Newtown - recommended), Dinner & Movies with Daughter and best mate/ex, Lunch with friend at Newtown (VargaBar - recommended) then shopping in Newtown and Annandale on Saturday, running my group at the Centre on Sunday, and I'm taking my daughter to see Green Day tommorow night and, oh yeah, moving house next Saturday.

And things show no signs of slowing up any time soon. But its all good stuff; which probably explains why I feel like an ocean of calm and happiness despite the almost manic busy-ness.

Breathing in, Breathing Out ...

Bodhi :-)

Hey Bodhi,
Oh yes, you sure are busy at present. Glad you are feeling happy and calm about all that activity - moving house, that would be my big test! I'm not a fan of moving house...

Enjoy Green Day, I hope you both enjoy it. Let's catch up after your house move.

Take care, be happy.
