Big Blue Sky Magnolias

I feel a little guilty, posting yet more Magnolia pictures... but c'mon, look at that sky! Vast. Clear. Cerulean even.

Big Blue Sky Magnolias

This exists in our world. Doesn't that encourage you? To think that there is so much beauty in this world, so much gorgeousness.

Of course to make the same point I could just as easily have posted a pic of the early thirty-something in the tight white t, low rider jeans and some chin scruff I saw earlier today, but that would have cheapened it, don't you think?

There's a beautiful simplicity here almost verging on Japanese Ikebana. Superb photo, Andrew. Makes me want to add a headline in that field of blue...Creative Director, moi!

Lovely photo.

Yes, Yes, Andrew. As always, you have outdone yourself in the suburb and exceptional quality of your Botanic Porn. Indeed, that could well be the pollen shot right there ;-)

::sobs as he gently clicks away::

And yet, if you truly wanted to get my stamen stiff you should have gone with the 'early thirty-something in the tight white t, low rider jeans and some chin scruff'. Two words, m'kay: TELEPHOTO LENS.

Cheapen it? Cheapen it? Well .. DUH! You say that like its a bad thing. Huh?

Hello! Come into the shallow end sweetie, the water is nice and warm ...

Yes, you outdid yourself in the suburb. But the pic is superb too.

Oh stop it bitches. You know you love me.

Bodhi, "suburb" made perfect sense given TOA's focus (no pun intended) on the sights of sunny Newtown. It is a glorious photo TOA. Hope you boys are ready for Round 2 of Hedwig on Friday.

I love that blue cloudless sky. I love the fact that we get days on end with skies like that. But we really do need the rain as well. *sigh*

I'm not so share it would have cheapened it -- beauty is beauty is it not? Why should we say one form is better than another? Either way, great picture.
